MELILLA, SPAIN - OCTOBER 19. An African migrant is seen outside the CETI, Short Stay Immigrant Center, on October 19, 2005 in the Spanish Enclave of Melilla, Spain. Several migrants were killed and injured last week trying to jump over the fence that separates the Spanish enclave from Morocco. A number of migrants were deported by authorities of both countries back to their native countries, and according to Amnesty International, hundreds of them were left by the Moroccan security forces without food and water in desert areas near the border with Algeria.
