MARCHFELD, AUSTRIA-JUNE 2008: Gerhard Zoubek started his organic vegetable farm called Adamah eleven years ago in Austria. He has developed a direct marketing approach by delivering produce in boxes to his customers in Vienna. The high quality food is grown on 70 hectares of land and transported to the doorstep by 10 vans. The 4,000 boxes sold per week also carry recipes and nutritional tips for the consumers.
